Hosting
The site is hosted on a VPS managed by the owner on Arsys Internet S.L.U. infrastructure (C/ Madre de Dios 21, 26004 Logroño, Spain), with Plesk and associated technical services.
Purpose
To offer public information about air quality in the Canary Islands from official sources available to the public, for educational and informational purposes.
Liability
Information is offered with due diligence but without any guarantee of accuracy, continuity or availability. It does not replace official communications from the Government of the Canary Islands, nor does it constitute medical advice. The owner is not liable for decisions based on the data shown here.
Intellectual property
The original code and texts of this site are released under an open licence (see repository). Data come from public bodies and are reused under their respective terms; base map tiles come from OpenFreeMap/OpenStreetMap (ODbL), the optional satellite basemap is served through Esri/ArcGIS and the optional reference satellite imagery layers come from NASA EOSDIS Worldview / GIBS and EUMETSAT, each under its own terms. Mentioned trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the owner's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
